EXAMPLE: Mike/Trevor, forgiveness

Even after everything he's done, Mike still can't help but forgive Trevor.

[Fill] The Company Misery Keeps, Trevor/Mike/Jenny

Warnings: unhappy relationships, codependence

In some fucked up way, they did it because they loved each other.

You don’t spend over twenty years of being best friends and not fall at least a little bit in love. They never told one another they loved each other. They never defined what they had. They had never even agreed to be in a proper relationship. They just were. Things would be good for a while, things would be great, and then it would all go to hell in an instant.

It was a destructive love. One that wasn’t good for either one of them or anyone else that happened to get caught in between them. And people got caught in between them quite often. Most of them eventually got away, but some of them didn’t. Jenny never did.

In some small part of his mind, Mike felt a little bit bad for Jenny. She had gotten caught in their cycle of mutual destruction many years ago and had never really broke free of it. And maybe she had never really tried. Things had been bad long before she came along. She stayed anyways.

In some ways, she was just as bad as they were. Her affections were fickle and, intentionally or unintentionally, she brought out the worst in them. She brought out the jealousy, the insecurities, everything that they had tried so hard to keep each other from seeing.

She’d be interested in Trevor and friends with Mike. Mike would be jealous, and Trevor would be insecure. She’d break up with Trevor. She’d be interested in Mike and friends with Trevor. Trevor would be jealous, and Mike would be insecure. She’d break up with Mike. And all they way, they’d sabotage and undermine each other and somehow still be friends. Then she’d leave them both and they’d all be miserable. She’d come back. She always came back because individually they were self-destructive, but together they were something else.

Maybe their entire friendship was based on their seemingly unspoken understanding that they would never be and did not deserve to be happy. Maybe their entire relationship was built on their enablement of each other’s self-destructive tendencies. Maybe it didn’t even matter why and only mattered that they were together and slightly less miserable than they’d be apart.

They’d never be completely done with each other. They had long ago reached a point far past codependence.

Trevor would come back.

Jenny would take him back.

Mike would always forgive him.

Mike, Trevor, revenge

So we learned Trevor's social security number tonight. I want a fill on what it is that Mike does to get back at Trevor for almost ruining his life. It can have Harvey and Donna helping out, I just wanna see BAMF Mike. :D

Donna/Rachel, at a bar

"”There are a couple of great scenes of us at a bar pretending to perhaps be Mike Ross and Harvey Specter,” Markle says of episode 3." From an interview on EW. I want to see this and them just hanging out. Can be slash or not. It would be amazing is all.

Harvey/Mike, "I love you."

So we learned a lot in this episode about both Harvey and Mike. I would love to see something where Harvey tells Mike I love you after he finishes his talk with Jessica or something. Especially because “He works his ass off to keep this kid because he thinks he’s still his ace in the hole. But there are times when you might think Harvey’s gonna take him out and he’s done. He’ll never admit it, but he loves him.” (Gabriel Macht on Harvey and Mike.)

Mike/Harvey, "What the hell is going on here?" (slash or not, your choice)

After seeing the blood drain from Harvey's face when they walked in to see Hardman speaking to the firm, Mike wants to know exactly what's going on. Of course, Harvey doesn't want to tell him, but it's a good thing Mike knows how to get him to talk.

Mike/Harvey, running away

Mike and Harvey actually do run away to Buenos Aries together. I really just fluff and silliness :D

It's probably not as fluffy or silly as you were hoping for and it's rather short (apologies), but it's three in the morning and this needed to be written. Hope you like it! :D

"You know," Mike said, taking a sip from his outrageously sized margarita, "I still can't believe you were serious about all this."

Harvey, opened an eye, took one look at Mike, and shut it again, "I can't believe you actually ordered that drink."

Mike shrugged even though he knew Harvey couldn't see him, "It tastes good."

"You look ridiculous."

Mike laughed, "I'm not the only one."

The two of them were currently on a beach soaking up the afternoon sun. Mike sat cross-legged with his drink in hand, Harvey was facedown on his stomach. They were both on horrifically patterned beach towels and Mike had a streak of sunscreen on his nose that he refused to rub in.

"Honestly though," Mike set his drink down in the sand and looked at Harvey. "This seems too good to be true."

Harvey let out a sigh and propped himself up on his elbows, "Mike, we're in Argentina. The sun is shining and you are enjoying a stupid fruity drink at my expense. You have nothing to worry about. Do you want to go back?"

"And deal with you on a plane for another ten hours? No thanks."

Harvey, with all the professionalism he could be bothered to muster, flicked sand at Mike.

A few minutes later, after Mike had retaliated by throwing bits of shells at Harvey's unresponsive form, he said in a quiet voice, "Thank you."

They left when the sun finally started to set, shaking the sand from their towels and putting on their shirts so they didn't stand out quite as badly as they walked back to their hotel.

And if Harvey kept his hand on Mike's lower back the entire way, well. Mike wasn't going to say anything.

Harvey/Mike; living arrangements

when Harvey tells Mike to leave, he ends up going to Harvey's apartment rather than his own

Fill: Untitled, 1/5

Sometimes beautiful things come into our lives out of nowhere.
We can't always understand them, but we have to trust in them. I know
you want to question everything, but sometimes it pays to just have a little faith.

Lauren Kate

"Go home, now. Don't come back."

Mike doesn't stop to talk to anyone, doesn't stop at all until he's in the elevator. Once he is, he's shaking, his skin feels weird and clammy and he kind of wants to throw up. The small space of the elevator isn't helping. The second the doors open, he bolts out, and he doesn't stop running until he's a good two blocks from the building.

Shit, shit, shit.

He collapses back against a wall, trying to get his breathing under control. It's been a hell of a few days, and just when he thought that maybe, maybe everything was going to be okay...

He remembers the look on Harvey's face when he said Mike wasn't getting fired on his watch, remembers the rush of relief that poured over him when he got Harvey's message. Everything's fine. I fixed it, now go fix my merger. He remembers biting his lip, trying not to grin, and thinking about how fucking awesome his boss is.

He knocks his head back against the wall.

However it may seem sometimes, he does trust Harvey. More than he's ever trusted anyone, in fact. And sure, he's given to little panic attacks every time it seems like the rug is about to be snatched out from under him, but it's only because the thought of losing this job, this life that he never imagined he'd get to have terrifies him. He's seen Harvey perform enough miracles to believe that he can do anything, but this...

He closes his eyes and breathes through his nose.

Mike can't stand the idea of going back to his apartment, sitting and waiting for Harvey to call and tell him it's over, they've lost, he can't fix it this time, and with Hardman coming back, Mike is a liability the firm simply cannot afford. He knows if he goes home, he's going to stop on the way and buy something that'll make him relax. He clenches his fists.

The thought takes him straight to Trevor and now he's pissed, and maybe he can't do anything to fix what's happening, but he sure as hell can make sure Trevor regrets ever setting foot inside Pearson Hardman.

Putting the fear of God into Trevor doesn't make him feel better. It makes him feel tired and dirty and alone in a way he hasn't since the night his parents died. Jesus, he's lost Jenny, already, now Trevor and god knows he's about to lose Harvey (and Rachel, and Donna, and god, even Louis, and isn't it fucking pathetic that he's a little bit sorry at the idea of never fighting with Louis again.) And it's that thought that feels like a punch to the solar plexus, and makes him turn his steps in the opposite direction to his apartment.

Donna had, in fact, give Mike a key, along with a stern look and a strict injunction to "use this only in the case of emergencies, and don't think I won't know if you use it for anything else."

He decides this counts.

Mike’s only been in here once before, less than a week ago. After he and Harvey had shaken down Matt Bailey, they’d come back here. Harvey had poured them both a glass of scotch, and they’d toasted each other’s brilliance and quoted movies at each other until three in the morning. He’d crashed on the couch, given how early they both needed to be in court the next day, and he’s kind of embarrassed to say it was one of the best nights of his life.

It feels different to be here alone - weird and empty and disconcerting. But it’s better than his own place, and it has this air of classiness and good taste that reeks of Harvey and is comforting in a strange sort of way. He kicks off his shoes and loosens his tie, then curls up on Harvey’s ridiculously comfortable couch.

He briefly considers putting a movie on, to distract him from the endless buzzing of his mind, but he’s not sure he could even turn Harvey’s enormous flat screen on, let alone get a movie playing.

In the end he just sits on the sofa, the events of the day chasing each other around and around in his head, as he sinks further and further into the cushions.

Eventually, he falls asleep.

Harvey/Mike The Consultant

Harvey never became a lawyer. Instead he went into another field and put Pearson & Hardman on retainer for his business.

For years Jessica Pearson took the lead on any of the cases involving his firm. She has other people who could take care of him but he was one of her original clients. With the Hardman side of the firm coming back into the picture she has bigger fish to fry and she needs to keep one of her pet projects out of the line of fire.

The pet project, Mike Ross, will act as her proxy with Harvey's company. He will oversee any of the legal hiccups that are bound to occur. If he has any problems he is to check in with Jessica but until she gets Hardman back out of the business of the firm he will be working from an office at Harvey's. She doesn't want Hardman to ruin the potential she sees in Mike and she thinks that Harvey might be able to help improve it.

Only she didn't have time to tell Harvey all of this and so Mike just shows up in his office with a note from Jessica telling Harvey that this is her proxy and she needs him to look after Mike for a while.

Mike/OFC Harvey/Mike Cougars?

How has this not been prompted yet after last night?

Mike gets hit on by a/some cougars at a bar/club whatever. Does he go home with one of them, or maybe Harvey shows up and beats the older women away from his poor puppy?

Harvey's mother returns - Harvey/Mike

(I'm gonna feel mighty stupid if this was mentioned in the 1st season or something, but hopefully it was new info tonight! But yay anonymity!)

Sooo, in last night's ep Donna mentioned Harvey's mother "somehow" coming back into his life as a possible reason for his being upset/out-of-sorts, and THEN, when Harvey's threatening Hardman, he mentions a childhood "friend" who found out his mother never loved his father, cheated for years, then left him.

Obviously Harvey is talking about his own parents here, right? Which means - we have a childhood trauma to exploit for dramatic purposes! *rubs hands together evilly*

On to the actual prompt, finally: Harvey's mom comes back into his life suddenly (maybe she needs his help with something, it's up to you) and he has to deal with it. Mike helps of course. Would prefer slash or pre-slash but I'm not too picky. Angst is, of course, essential!

Re: Harvey's mother returns - Harvey/Mike

oooh I like this prompt. Someone please fill +111111111111

Mike is dazed. He can't talk right now. Harvey just told him he was proud of him. How could Mike NOT be hopelessly in love with him? AKA The one where we find out what Mike did right after he walked out.

Please be sure to put a heading on your prompt next time including any pairings and warnings as well as the kink. Thank you.

Harvey/Mike, Hardman targets Mike

Hardman wants to mess with Harvey - get a little bit of revenge - he does it by overworking Mike, maybe giving him even more impossible deadlines than Louis does, deliberately making Mike uncomfortable? Nothing sexual, just generally crappy attitude and behaviour.

I could totally see Hardman saying to Harvey "It's not nice when people mess with your things, is it?" I'd just love to see protective Harvey gets and how easy it is to annoy him by targeting Mike. Louis and Jessica possibly getting irritated and protective too because they clearly don't like Hardman and they each have their own little soft spots for Mike, they'd just have better control and restraint.

Pre-slash (later becoming slash?) or gen preferred.

Re: Harvey/Mike, Hardman targets Mike

I really want this! Seconded!

Harvey/Mike, movie night

So you know how Harvey's always quoting movies and Mike answers in kind, I just want them on their day off watching an old movie on Harvey's huge couch and snarking at each other. And Mike being all snuggly.

Re: Harvey/Mike, movie night

And Mike being all snuggly.

Yesssss :D

Pre-Harvey/Mike, Mike's parents

When Jessica lets slip that she knows how Mike's parents died, Harvey's shocked to find it actually hurts him that Mike told someone else instead of him. But then he'd never actually asked or shown an interest. I'd just like some Harvey introspection and then maybe him allowing himself to be openly curious and ask Mike about things about his childhood? I don't know, I just saw Jessica's reaction to the car crash story and wondered how Harvey would feel about Jessica knowing while he doesn't.

Re: Pre-Harvey/Mike, Mike's parents

This is a great idea so I really hope that someone fills it for you because I would LOVE to read this! :)

Harvey/Mike - possessive!Harvey

"I'm protecting my own" "I'm not staying without Mike"

Need some possessive!Harvey/Mike right now. :o)

mini fill: You Are Mine and I Am Yours

"You're mine."

"I am."

"You owe me everything now."

"I always did."

And with that Harvey finally stops teasing and pushes in. Mike's breath hitches in surprise, in relief. He presses his face to the mattress, grasping onto the sheets for purchase as Harvey moves in earnest.

To say it feels incredible is an understatement of epic proportions. Nothing has ever felt to right, so real. It feels like coming home. Mike decides then and there that he wants to stay in this moment for forever.

Their movements are frantic and desperate, the rollercoaster of emotions over the last few days coming out in their actions. Everything was always so heightened between them, charged in a way Mike had never experienced before, and that is never more evident than right now, the room filling with breathy moans and every touch, every thrust, setting his skin on fire.

He pushes back up, knees digging into the mattress as he kneels, back pressed to Harvey's chest. The older man's arm circle and enclose him to keep him in place, fingers splayed wide on his chest and stomach. Mike tilts his head and mouths at Harvey's neck.

"I'm yours. I'm so, so yours."

Harvey makes a noise almost like a growl and claims Mike's mouth with his own. He thrusts his tongue in rhythm with his cock and it's all too much. Mike reaches down and after a few quick pumps he comes.

Harvey presses their bodies even closer as he makes the last few thrusts before coming with Mike's name falling from his lips. They collapse onto the bed in a tangle of sweaty limbs and heaving chests.

"If this is the result of Jessica finding out the truth about me I can't say that I regret that our secret is no longer intact."

"Seriously?" Harvey asks, incredulously. "We just got caught in a massive lie, we both nearly lost our jobs, Hardman is back and is guaranteed to try and find out all our secrets and use them and our relationship against us and generally make life hell, and you're saying all that was worth it?"

"For this?" Mike replies, waving a hand to indicate their naked bodies. "For getting us to admit that we belong to each other? Hell yeah."
